Latest Trade Rumors

Packers Plotting Trade Up?

As you can see in the mock above, the Green Bay Packers could trade up and draft a defensive back. In this scenario, it's Minkah Fitzpatrick.

This falls in line with a recent report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. According to Rapoport, the Packers are in the market to trade up from No. 14 overall to draft an elite talent.

With a clear hole in the secondary, you would have to think they're targeting a defensive back. The options could include Fitzpatrick, Denzel Ward and Derwin James.

Rapoport also noted this would be the first move the Packers have made in the first round since Clay Matthews in 2009.

They can probably get into the top 10 by giving up the Nos. 14 and 45 overall picks and swap with San Francisco.

The Packers will get one of their guys.

Broncos Open to Trade Down?

With the No. 5 overall pick and the abundance of teams in need of quarterbacks, it's only natural that teams would want to move up and trade with John Elway and the Denver Broncos.

According to James Palmer of NFL Network, teams are doing just that—they're enquiring about their pick.

While the Broncos may be able to get a mighty haul for it, at No. 5 and, in this mock draft, with Quenton Nelson on the board, you cannot pass on him.

Teams like the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, Arizona Cardinals and even the Packers could want to trade up, but unless they get a king's ransom, standing pat with Nelson makes sense.

Browns Open to Trading No. 4 Pick?

This scenario makes a lot of sense, and the Browns should do it.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Browns have had "a lot of conversations" about their No. 4 overall pick.

If Saquon Barkley is available, you cannot pass on him, but he seems G-Men bound.

With him off the board, they should trade with the Bills, get the Nos. 12 and 22 overall selections and beef up their defense.

If they're able to land the players above—Tremaine Edmunds and Josh Sweat—along with Baker Mayfield at No. 1, that's a hell of a first round.

So, unless Barkley is available, the Browns should look to trade the No. 4 overall pick to continue to overhaul the roster for 2018 and beyond.
