Ex-NFL, USC QB Todd Marinovich Arrested on Undisclosed Charge
Former NFL quarterback Todd Marinovich was arrested last week in California on an undisclosed charge.
Shad Powers of The Desert Sun reported the news. Marinovich was arrested March 19 and released after posting bail but on March 23rd was arrested again and is still in custody.
No further details on the arrests were made available at this time. Marinovich, who has battled substance addiction since his playing days, was arrested in 2016 after being found naked in a backyard with drug paraphernalia.

A judge sentenced Marinovich to 90 days in jail but suspended the time provided he could complete 36 months of probation.
“Gosh just thinking about it now, I have hit some pretty low spots in my journey thus far, but the arrest in August of last year was a whole new level,” Marinovich told Powers last year.
Marinovich, who starred at USC, was a 1991 first-round pick of the Los Angeles Raiders. His NFL career lasted just two seasons, primarily ending due to his excessive use of substances.
The Raiders placed him in a rehabilitation facility for the first time in 1991, but his addiction issues have continued.
