Villanova Wildcats forward Omari Spellman finished with 18 points, eight rebounds and one highlight-reel dunk in his team's 90-78 win over the West Virginia Mountaineers in the 2018 NCAA men's basketball tournament.
With nine minutes, 13 seconds left in the second half, Spellman denied James Bolden with an emphatic block. The freshman then ran the length of the floor to follow up a miss by Phil Booth with a two-handed jam.
Spellman and the Wildcats advanced to the Elite Eight for the second time in three years with Thursday's victory. Villanova will play either Texas Tech or Purdue in the East regional final.
