Michigan State's Miles Bridges Throws Down Monster Fast-Break Dunk vs. Syracuse

Scott PolacekMar 18, 2018

The Michigan State Spartans didn't have much to feel good about during their 55-53 loss to the Syracuse Orange in Sunday’s NCAA tournament game, but at least Miles Bridges had a dunk to remember.

It is a small consolation prize for the Midwest Regional’s No. 3 seed, which fell to the 11th-seeded Orange even though it out-rebounded Jim Boeheim's team 51-30 and held the ACC representative to one made three-pointer.

However, Syracuse made 24 free throws to Michigan State's 11 and came up with a number of defensive stops down the stretch to clinch the win. Bridges struggled against the 2-3 zone, shooting a mere 4-of-18 from the field and finishing with 11 points.

Syracuse will face conference rival Duke in the Sweet 16.
