MSU's Matt McQuaid Catches Blocked Shot in Midair and Hits Wild Buzzer-Beater

Michigan State guard Matt McQuaid took circus shots to the next level on Sunday. 

With time winding down in the first half of the Spartans' second-round clash with the Syracuse Orange, McQuaid fired up a three, had it blocked, caught the deflection in midair and banked it home from the left wing as the buzzer sounded. 

McQuaid's presence of mind allowed the Spartans—who shot 28.6 percent in the first half against Syracuse's 2-3 zone—to take a slim 25-22 lead into the break. 

Still no word on if he called bank.
