Timberwolves' Andrew Wiggins Posterizes Raptors 7-Footer Twice in One Half
Moe MotonJan 20, 2018
The Minnesota Timberwolves' vibrant green jerseys weren't the only eye-catching aspect of Saturday's contest with the Toronto Raptors. Minnesota forward Andrew Wiggins exploded with early energy as well.
The 6'8" swingman didn't hesitate to approach the Target Center hoop with aggression after handling a first-quarter pass from guard Marcus Georges-Hunt. Wiggins drove straight to the lane for a powerful slam over Raptors center Jakob Poeltl.
Deja vu struck in the second quarter when the Timberwolves' highlight dunker put Poeltl on a poster again with a Statue of Liberty jam.
