Cavaliers' Iman Shumpert Drops Freestyle on Hot 97's Funkmaster Flex Show

Averaging 6.1 points for the Cleveland Cavaliers this season, Iman Shumpert has not recorded too many buckets. He proved a more efficient rapper when laying down rhymes for Hot 97's Funkmaster Flex.

Shumpert impressed the DJ with a freestyle that has him challenging Damian Lillard for the title of the NBA's best lyricist.

"You know what?" the host said. "I didn't know what to expect. I see you prepared for today. ... You came prepared."

The 27-year-old repeatedly promoted "Substance Abuse" in his Hot 97 appearance and on Twitter, so that appears to be the title of his upcoming EP.
