Washington State Fan Strips Down to Underwear, Celebrates TD on Field

It's a snowy day in Pullman, Washington, but that didn't stop one Washington State fan from stripping down to his underwear to celebrate a Cougars touchdown Saturday at Martin Stadium. 

The celebration occurred after Washington State quarterback Luke Falk connected with Renard Bell for a second-quarter touchdown to put the No. 25 Cougars up 14-7 over the No. 21 Stanford Cardinal.
