Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick hasn't allowed his lack of NFL income to slow down his charitable donations.

Though he remains on the free-agent market, the controversial quarterback recently donated $34,000 to rapper J. Cole's Dreamville Foundation, which benefits urban youth.

According to Jeremy Gordon of Spin magazine, the donation will fund several special projects for the organization, the details of which Kaepernick will reveal in the following weeks.
