Jauan Jennings Snubs 49ers Trade, New NFL Rumors Reveal on Vikings WR Ahead of 2026 Deadline

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jauan Jennings declined to reunite with the San Francisco 49ers on the trade market, according to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer.

"The 49ers, who already traded for DeForest Buckner, also had trade terms worked out for Jauan Jennings, their former receiver with the Vikings," Glazer reported Sunday (0:48 mark). "But it was contingent upon him hopping on a FaceTime with Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch and saying, 'Okay, yeah. I want to come back.' But he didn't. He said, 'Actually, no. I want to stay here in Minnesota.'"

Jennings is in the midst of his inaugural season on the Vikings after spending the first five years of his career in San Francisco.
