Wimbledon 2017: Saturday London Schedule and Predictions
Venus Williams and Garbine Muguruza will meet for just the fifth time on Saturday, as the women's 2017 Wimbledon tournament comes to a conclusion.
The American leads the head-to-head 3-1 but dropped the last match between the two earlier this season. She's been in fine form of late and is gunning for a sixth career title in London.
Her opponent has just one Grand Slam title on her resume―last year's French Open―but is one of the sport's top rising stars, and her form has arguably been even better of late.

Both players have used a really aggressive playing style to storm through the field, and tennis legend Martina Navratilova believes it could lead to some major fireworks on Saturday, via BBC Tennis:
Williams has been known as a power-hitter who loves to visit the net for the bulk of her career, while her 23-year-old opponent has used the tactic mostly on grass. She became even more aggressive following her defeat against Barbora Strycova at Eastbourne last month and is unlikely to switch gears at this point.
Muguruza has lost just a single set so far―against Angelique Kerber―and dropped just two games in her semi-final. Form and fitness clearly aren't an issue, and she has come across as relaxed on her off day.
She even took the time to reach out to her fans via Twitter:
Williams has seen it all before, and at the age of 37, she is playing some of the best tennis of her career. She hasn't won a Grand Slam since 2008 but is enjoying a fine year, with an appearance in the final of the Australian Open.
The veteran has steadily improved as the tournament has progressed, saving her best performance for the semi-final against Johanna Konta. Her passing game has been on point, and with her great groundstrokes, she has forced plenty of unforced errors.
As shared by CSN's Reuben Frank, history is on her side in this match:
In a battle between two power-hitters with attacking intentions, serving success and fresh legs could be key. Muguruza's serve has never been her biggest weapon, but she does have youth on her side and could aim to to turn the final into a marathon.
Prediction: Muguruza wins in three sets.
