Phil Knight's PK80 Tournament Schedule, Dates and Bracket Revealed
College basketball fans won't have to wait until March to see some of the best teams in the nation in the same tournament.
As Jeff Goodman of ESPN.com reported, the fields for the two-tournament PK80 to honor Nike co-founder Phil Knight's 80th birthday were released Wednesday. The teams will play in Portland from Nov. 23-26 with an eight-team Victory Bracket and eight-team Motion bracket.
The Victory bracket features Michigan State, Georgetown, North Carolina, Portland, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Oregon and Connecticut. The Motion bracket consists of Duke, Gonzaga, Florida, Texas, Butler, Ohio State, Stanford and Portland State.

Teams from the Victory bracket will not play teams from the Motion bracket.
Matt Norlander of CBS Sports shared a look at the brackets and intriguing first-round matchups:
Six of the teams in the Victory bracket have won national titles, including the defending champion Tar Heels. Four of the teams in the Motion bracket have cut down the nets as champs.
The showdown between Michigan State and Georgetown stands out, especially since Patrick Ewing will be coaching the Hoyas. Oregon, which went to the Final Four last season, will also be tested by perennially strong Connecticut, while last year's national runner-up Gonzaga will play an Ohio State program looking to rebound from a disappointing season.
Bleacher Report's super-early Top 25 rankings indicate just how strong the field will be at this event. Florida, Oregon, Michigan State, North Carolina, Gonzaga and Duke are all included in the rankings.
