VCU's Justin Tillman Takes a Tumble After Massive Rejection

VCU forward Justin Tillman showed early into Thursday's first-round NCAA tournament game against Saint Mary's that he's willing to sacrifice his body for his team.

Roughly two minutes into the West Regional contest, Tillman hustled back on defense and delivered a thunderous rejection of Joe Rahon before crashing to the court.

He seemed shaken up, but he rejoined the action after teammate JeQuan Lewis helped him to his feet.
