Fantasy Players to Watch
Eli Manning, QB, New York Giants
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is a bit of an enigma when it comes to fantasy production. He can be a stud when things are clicking, and he can be a disaster when his receivers aren't on the same page.
Manning has produced three games this season with three or more touchdowns. He also has three games with zero touchdowns. This seems a bit odd, given that Manning has quality targets like Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard and Victor Cruz to utilize.
But this should be an up week for Manning. The Giants host the Cincinnati Bengals, who have struggled in a big way against the pass this season.
Cincinnati is rated 31st in pass coverage by Pro Football Focus.
Don't be surprised if Manning racks up 300 yards and has one of his three-score games. Of course, that means next week's game against the Chicago Bears could be one of those in which he struggles.
Le'Veon Bell, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers

There are a couple of reasons to like Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell this week against the Dallas Cowboys.
The first reason is that Bell is a monster fantasy producer, especially in PPR formats. He has 376 yards rushing and 36 receptions for 283 yards through five games.
The second reason is the matchup with Dallas. The Cowboys are good at defending the pass—the team is rated first overall in pass coverage by Pro Football Focus—but they aren't quite as efficient at defending the run.
Pro Football Focus rates the Cowboys just 26th in run defense.
It makes more sense for the Steelers to attack the Dallas defense on the ground and via short passes than it does to consistently air the ball out with Ben Roethlisberger, who is less than 100 percent.
This should lead to a big day for Bell and his fantasy owners.
Alshon Jeffery, WR, Chicago Bears
Chicago Bears receiver Alshon Jeffery has been a inconsistent this season when it comes to fantasy production. He has just one touchdown on the season and has had four separate games with 70 receiving yards or fewer.
However, Jeffery's value has increased now that quarterback Jay Cutler has been reinserted into the starting lineup. Cutler and Jeffery have chemistry, and the Vanderbilt alum never seems afraid to toss a jump ball in Jeffery's direction.
This week, Jeffery also has an enticing matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. For the season, Tampa is rated just 27th in pass coverage by Pro Football Focus. Last week, the Buccaneers defense allowed Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan to pass for 344 yards and four touchdowns.
While Cutler may not equal Ryan's monster day, he should be able to have success—especially if he frequently goes to Jeffery.
"If Jeffery isn’t targeted 10 times at Raymond James Stadium, there should be a criminal investigation," Jenna Laine of ESPN.com recently wrote.
Jeffery should take advantage of his opportunities and give fantasy owners something to smile about in Week 10.
Delanie Walker, TE, Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans host the Green Bay Packers in Week 10, and there's a lot of potential for Marcus Mariota and the Titans' passing attack to have a solid outing.
The Packers, while good against the run, have struggled a bit against opposing pass-catchers. Green Bay is rated fourth in run defense and just 24th in pass coverage by Pro Football Focus.
One of the biggest beneficiaries of a good day for Mariota should be pass-catching tight end Delanie Walker.
Walker has already racked up 33 receptions for 447 yards and four touchdowns this season. He is the most consistent pass-catcher on Tennessee's offense, and he is a proven deep threat at the tight end position.
Last week against the San Diego Chargers, Walker produced five receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown. This should be his floor against the Packers this week.
