Indiana vs. Kansas: Live Score, Highlights and Reaction
The second game of the 2016 Armed Forces Classic was a foul-filled, tightly-fought affair that ultimately saw No. 11 Indiana emerge from the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu with a 103-99 overtime win over No. 3 Kansas.
The Hoosiers' weapon was their three-point shooting, which kept them in the game early. Indiana ultimately went 15-of-31 from beyond the arc while shooting just 43.7 percent overall from the field. James Blackmon led the way with 26 points, including 4-of-6 from three-point land and 6-of-7 from the foul line.
The Jayhawks squandered a halftime lead but were able to force overtime thanks to a superhero performance from Frank Mason III in the late stages of regulation. The gutsy Mason finished the night with a new career-high 30 points on 8-of-20 shooting and a 13-of-15 performance from the foul line.
