NFL Week 10 Picks: Final Predictions and Over/Under Odds Before Thursday Night
The NFL has had a difficult first half of the season, as sloppy play, inconsistent officiating and poor TV ratings have been the rule.
But as the second half dawns, a turnaround seems likely. That may start Sunday night, when the New England Patriots meet the Seattle Seahawks in a rematch of their memorable Super Bowl XLIX confrontation, as NFL Research noted:

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
This should be an epic game that lives up to the hype, as it's one that both teams want badly. However, it may be difficult for the Seahawks to match the Patriots from an offensive perspective.
Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson is a strong leader who is often at his best in the fourth quarter of close games. But when it comes to matching New England signal-caller Tom Brady touchdown-for-touchdown in Brady's backyard, it doesn't seem like an ideal scenario.
The best way for the Seahawks to compete is with their defense stepping up and limiting Brady, tight end Rob Gronkowski and running back LeGarrette Blount.
The Seahawks rank ninth overall in yardage allowed, and while that is not bad, they are going to have to step it up to slow down Brady.
The Seahawks have the star power to cause problems for the New England offense. Bobby Wagner and K.J. Wright are two of the hardest hitters in the league, and they have combined for 157 tackles.
Additionally, defensive end Cliff Avril has nine sacks, and Richard Sherman has three interceptions.

Slowing down Brady is one of the toughest assignments for any team. He is averaging 319 yards per game and has thrown for 12 touchdowns without an interception. Blount has rushed for 609 yards and nine touchdowns. Meanwhile, Gronkowski has caught three TD passes, and fellow tight end Martellus Bennett has caught four.
The Patriots are rolling, and they are at home. They also come into the game as 7.5-point favorites, according to Odds Shark.
That may seem like a lot of points, but the Seahawks rank 26th in offense and should lose traction as the game moves along.
Look for the Pats to secure a double-digit win.
Chicago vs. Tampa Bay

The Chicago Bears won just two games in the first half of the season, and they struggled to move the ball consistently.
But they defeated the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8 before their bye week, and they'll return to action Sunday with a road game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Bears should be able to move the ball against the league's 28th-ranked defense.
Jay Cutler will be under center for his second consecutive game, and he has a big-play receiver in Alshon Jeffery and an emerging running back in Jordan Howard, who was named the FedEx Ground Player of the Week in Week 8, as the team's Twitter account shared:
The Bucs should also find a way to get their offense going. Jameis Winston is a strong-armed quarterback who has shown improvement in each of his first two years. He has thrown 17 touchdown passes this season.
He has an excellent receiver in Mike Evans, who is capable of making a series of big plays.
The total in this game is 46 points, which seems like it should be within easy reach. Look for these two teams to combine for at least 30 points in the first half and cruise past the total. Go with the over as the Bears and Bucs go at it in Florida.
Denver vs. New Orleans

After a rough 0-3 start, the New Orleans Saints have turned around their season by winning four of their last five games.
They have beaten the Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers in the last two weeks, and now they'll return home to face the defending Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos on Sunday.
Denver lost handily on the road to the resurgent Oakland Raiders, which may or may not be indicative of a changing of the guard in the AFC West.
However, it does not indicate the Broncos are struggling. They'll come into Sunday's game with a 6-3 record, yet they are 2.5-point underdogs.
While quarterback Drew Brees is playing well and the New Orleans offense is again functioning at a high level, the defense remains a problem area, as the Saints rank 30th in yards allowed.
Trevor Siemian is still trying to learn on the job as the Broncos quarterback. However, he is a smart leader who should be able to take advantage of the many holes in the New Orleans defense.
Look for the Broncos to pick up a road win, thus covering the spread.
