WWE Raw: Live Results, Reaction and Analysis for October 31

Welcome to Bleacher Report's live coverage of the October 31 episode of Raw.

Sunday's Hell in a Cell pay-per-view featured some great action, but the outcome of the main event left many scratching their heads. After a great performance, Sasha Banks lost the women's title to Charlotte.

We also saw The Brian Kendrick defeat TJ Perkins to become the new cruiserweight champion in a fun bout, Roman Reigns defeat Rusev to retain the United States Championship and Kevin Owens successfully defend the Universal Championship thanks to some help from Chris Jericho.

Setting up Survivor Series will be the top priority moving forward. WWE.com has also confirmed Goldberg will appear on Raw to discuss his upcoming match against Brock Lesnar.

Will Perkins or Banks demand a rematch for the titles they lost Sunday?
