Latest on Henry's Practice Status

Friday, Nov. 11

The team announced Henry was a full participant in Friday's practice.

Henry a Key Piece to Titans Offense

The Titans added a lot of talent at running back to take some pressure off quarterback Marcus Mariota. Henry is serving as the backup to DeMarco Murray, who was acquired in an offseason trade with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Henry, who won the 2015 Heisman Trophy with Alabama, is a great physical specimen at 6'3" and 247 pounds. He's not strictly a power back, running a 4.54-second 40-yard dash at the scouting combine to show there's speed to his game.

Durability will likely be a hot-button issue with Henry after he carried the ball 395 teams during his Heisman-winning campaign. It worked out for Alabama, which won a national title, but there have only been six running backs in NFL history who carried the ball that much in a single season, according to Pro-Football-Reference.com
