Pjanic Targets Juventus Move

"With this note I inform you that I intend to activate my right to be transferred to another club, as agreed beforehand," read a statement from the player, as revealed by Roma director Mauro Baldissoni, per Roma Radio (h/t Football Italia).
"I also tell you my intention to send the 20 per cent of my share of the transfer fee directly to the club that will buy my contract, which I specifically inform you is Juventus," Pjanic continued. "I thank you and urge you to make contact to finalise the necessary contractual formalities."
Rudiger Injury Alters Roma Transfer Strategy
Wednesday, June 8
"Roma are now open to discussing a sale of [Pjanic] to Juventus that would not involve the €38 million clause," reported La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Football Italia).
"Apparently this is because the €38 million clause, if activated, would see a full 15 per cent (€5.7 million, £4.5 million) of the payment go directly to Pjanic himself, and not to the club," the report added.
Thus Roma are reportedly happy to negotiate a deal around the €30 million (£23.4 million) mark, which would not involve them losing out on a large chunk of the fee.
Furthermore, the recent injury to defender Antonio Rudiger—which has ruled him out of action for Germany at Euro 2016—has forced Roma to change their summer transfer plans, as they were previously planning to sell the highly rated centre-back to raise funds.

Antonio Conte's Chelsea and Jose Mourinho's United have also been touted as suitors for the 26-year-old central midfielder, per Mundo Deportivo (via Metro's George Bellshaw).
Pjanic Ready to Star at Juve or Abroad
Pjanic is a top-class player who is able to sit deep in the middle of the park or play in a more advanced role and contribute goals and assists aplenty.
He netted 10 Serie A goals for Roma last term and provided 12 assists, both of which were career-best marks for the Bosnian in a league season, per WhoScored.com.
Given his quality, it is unsurprising there are so many high-profile suitors out there, and now that he is reportedly available for less than £25 million, there is likely to be an intense battle for his signature.
His quality on the ball, passing range, goalscoring ability and set-piece threat make him a very attractive target, and he would be a fine addition to even the best sides in the world.
Juve look as though they are leading the race, and his familiarity with Serie A would likely make him an immediate hit at the Old Lady.
But Chelsea and United will surely put up a fight as they are both looking to rebuild, and Pjanic could be a major asset in that endeavour.
