Gordon Active vs. Hornets

Wednesday, April 13

Joshua Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reported Gordon will come off the bench against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday.

Gordon Has Made Strides During 2015-16 Season

The 20-year-old Arizona product has made noticeable strides during his second season after being selected with the fourth overall pick in 2014. Prior to the injury, he averaged 9.1 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 47 percent from the field in 77 games, including 37 starts.

He still has a long way to go in order to reach the potential he put on display in college, but the Magic should be pleased with the progress he showed.

Although Orlando has been eliminated from the playoffs, Gordon's return is a welcomed sight.
