Notre Dame G Demetrius Jackson Throws Down Thunderous 1-Handed Slam vs. SFA
Kyle NewportJun 8, 2018
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are in a battle with the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks in the second round of the 2016 NCAA tournament, and judging by a second-half dunk, it doesn't appear as though junior guard Demetrius Jackson is ready to go home just yet.
Jackson was able to beat the majority of the SFA defense. Once he got into the paint, only Lumberjacks forward Thomas Walkup stood between Jackson and the hoop. That didn't turn out to be an issue.
The 6'1" guard threw down a huge one-handed slam around Walkup—and right in front of the Notre Dame bench. Needless to say, his team loved it.
