Baylor's Rico Gathers Meets Yale's Nick Victor at the Rim, Makes Strong Block

It's not wise to go to the rim against 6'8", 275-pound Baylor Bears forward Rico Gathers—because it probably won't end well for the offensive player, as Yale guard Nick Victor found out on Thursday.

Late in the first half of the Bulldogs' first-round NCAA tournament game against the Bears, the 6'5", 220-pound Victor attempted to extend his team's lead with a two-handed dunk.

Gathers was having none of it.

Baylor was not able to capitalize at the other end, but at least for the moment, Gathers' block kept it a three-point game with less than a minute to play in the opening half.
