Old Dominion Player Hilariously Passes Ball to Open Teammate Who Is on Bench
Kyle NewportFeb 28, 2016
Old Dominion Monarchs forward Brandan Stith was trying to be a team player and pass the ball to an open teammate.
The only problem was his open teammate, Jordan Baker, was on the bench. Just a minor detail.
After grabbing an offensive rebound, Stith saw Baker—who had just jumped up off the bench—unguarded, so he kicked the ball out.

But there was a reason Texas-San Antonio didn't bother to defend Baker. He wasn't in the game.
What did Stith have to say for himself?
And Baker?
Stith will probably hear about this play for a while. But he has a good comeback: It came during a 78-56 victory, a game in which he had 21 points, 14 rebounds and seven blocks.
