Tolliver Active vs. Hornets

Friday, March 11

MLive.com's David Mayo reported Tolliver will return against the Charlotte Hornets on Friday.

Tolliver Provides Depth in Pistons Frontcourt

Prized trade acquisition Tobias Harris' arrival helps out the Pistons' depth at forward. Harris often plays at the 3 but can be a stretch 4 and is best suited there in head coach Stan Van Gundy's system. It will be interesting to see how Harris and starting PF Marcus Morris mesh down the stretch.

Tolliver was averaging only 19.8 minutes and 5.4 points per contest before the injury and is the epitome of a journeyman, having played for eight different teams since 2008.

His return will give the Pistons' frontcourt another weapon off the bench.
