Colgate PG Austin Tillotson Nails Half-Court Shot to Beat Loyola (Md.) at Buzzer

Talk about a great Senior Day.

Colgate Raiders senior point guard Austin Tillotson drilled a runner from half court to give his team a buzzer-beating, 93-90 overtime win Sunday over the Loyola Greyhounds.

Greyhounds sophomore Andre Walker had just buried a cold-blooded triple to tie the game at 90 with 2.9 seconds remaining.

Tillotson answered with a midcourt three, which led to a wild celebration by the home team.

This marked the second time Colgate has won on a buzzer-beating half-court shot to win a game in recent memory—Mark Linebaugh did the same in 2003 against American.
