2016 NFL Mock Draft: Latest Predictions Before Sunday's Divisional Games
Change comes at the top of the latest mock draft, and it's because the Cleveland Browns made a wise football decision.
The Browns hiring Hue Jackson on Wednesday has Cleveland in position to make the right decision on who they take with the No. 2 pick.
Other than that, there's not much change except where teams are picking on the board. Four more teams' draft order have been decided now that the playoff field will be reduced to four after Sunday's games.

Cleveland Comes Calling for Jared Goff
In my last mock draft, I had Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch going second to Cleveland because the Browns seemed more ready to take on a project than the sure-fire thing.
Now that Jackson is in as Cleveland's head coach, and he wants control of his offense for the time being, he'll get the guy that he wants.
If Cleveland is serious about making this rebuild a positive experience, then Goff is the team's kind of quarterback. He's the pure pocket passer that can make any type of throw and is someone Jackson can groom for years to come.
Chris Fedor from Cleveland.com thinks that should be the case:
ESPN.com's Mel Kiper has Goff going second overall in his latest mock draft:
"It goes without saying the Browns need to take a hard look at quarterbacks, and Hue Jackson should have the chance to start fresh with someone other than Johnny Manziel. Goff has tremendous talent and upside. He has shown off an NFL arm since he arrived at Cal and has a great mind for the game. He has also shown how resilient he can be, growing with and leading that team at Cal, which would be a great trait in Cleveland.
"
The time for the Browns to keep working with project quarterbacks is over. They need to get someone that can change the culture from day one. Goff is that guy and with Jackson as his coach, Cleveland will have an offense it can be proud of.
Derrick Henry to the Cowboys?
Not in the first round. That would be a tad insane, even by Jerry Jones' standards.
But if the Dallas Cowboys can hold off until early in the second round, Derrick Henry may be right there for the taking.
Ezekiel Elliott goes in the first round, and rather high, because of the serious need at running back the New York Giants have. After Elliott, there's no immediate need for a team to grab a running back in the first round. Plus, it would be beyond laughable for the Cowboys to take Henry with the fourth pick when there are more immediate needs.
But Henry could be the running back of the future for the Cowboys, and apparently, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner wants to play in Dallas, per writer Christopher Walsh:
This would be the perfect scenario for Dallas, who found a way to make Darren McFadden a 1,000-yard rusher once again. The Cowboys will get McFadden for another year, and Lance Dunbar will return after tearing his ACL and MCL.
Henry in a Cowboys uniform would be the perfect fit for him. A rookie running back, fresh off of a national championship and Heisman Trophy, running behind the best offensive line in the NFL. That would make him worth more than the second-round grade he was given by the NFL's draft advisory board.
"I feel like, just because I got my grade, it doesn't mean I'm not going to be first round," Henry said, per Michael Casagrande of AL.com. "I feel like what I do and how I test at the combine and work out. I feel like I will be first round. There's no doubt in my mind that I won't be."
If Henry drops to the second round, he won't go far. The Cowboys will wait only three picks before making their next selection, and if Henry's there they'll finally have their DeMarco Murray replacement.
