Michigan State vs. Wisconsin: Live Score, Highlights and Reaction
Ethan Happ scored on a reverse layup with 10.2 seconds left to give Wisconsin a 77-76 home win over fourth-ranked Michigan State on Sunday, ending a three-game losing streak.
Michigan State (16-3, 3-3 Big Ten) had two chances to tie on the other end, but a three-pointer by Denzel Valentine was off and Matt Costello's baseline turnaround at the buzzer couldn't fall. It was the Spartans' second straight loss, following up a 17-point defeat at home to Iowa on Thursday.
Wisconsin (10-9, 2-4) led 41-36 at halftime before its offense went silent, though the Badgers finished at 45 percent from the field for the game. Bronson Koenig had a career-high 27 points and Nigel Hayes had 25, with Koenig feeding Happ for the game-winning basket.
