UCLA G Bryce Alford Hits Game-Winning 3 vs. Arizona, Russell Westbrook Approves
UCLA guard Bryce Alford sent the Los Angeles crowd home happy Thursday night with a late three-pointer to upset No. 7 Arizona, 87-84.
The hometown fans just happened to include former Bruin and current Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook, who was being honored at the game. There's no doubt he liked what he saw out of the junior guard.
With the contest tied at 84-84 in the final seconds, Alford took the ball and worked his way around the arc until he got a look he liked. Then he let it fly.
