UCLA hit 11 three-pointers, including a step-back trey from Bryce Alford with 1.8 seconds left to give UCLA an 87-84 home win over No. 7 Arizona on Thursday night.

The Bruins (10-6, 1-2 Pac-12) led by as many as 14 points during the second half before Arizona (13-2, 1-1) stormed back to tie the game at 83 in the final minute. Each team made one of two from the foul line, setting up the final play for Alford—the son of UCLA coach Steve Alford—to hit his fifth three of the night.

Alford finished with a game-high 25 points for UCLA, while Tony Parker had 14 points and 12 rebounds. Arizona got 15 points and 15 rebounds from Ryan Anderson and 12 and 12 from Kaleb Tarczewski.
