NFL Scores Week 10: Results, Wild-Card Standings and Top Fantasy Football Stars
Here's a fantasy football pro tip: Start guys playing against the New Orleans Saints defense. They make everyone look good, especially quarterbacks.
New Orleans suffered the biggest defeat of Sunday's early games, falling to a mediocre Washington Redskins team 47-14. There weren't too many other games with high point totals on Sunday, so the fantasy football leaderboard is loaded with players from that contest and a couple of other lopsided affairs.
While there are surprises every week in fantasy football, beating up on the Saints is turning out be a sure thing.

It's also late enough in the season that the wild-card picture is coming into focus, and worth glancing at each week. There are a couple of obvious contenders in both conferences for the extra postseason berths.
The Buffalo Bills, New York Jets and Miami Dolphins all look capable of picking up a wild-card spot—as New England should run away with that division—while in the NFC, the likes of Minnesota and Green Bay are duking it out for NFC North supremacy and both have six wins already.
Here are the Week 10 results, wild-card standings and standout fantasy players from each game. Top fantasy players are based on the ESPN leaderboard, with precedence given to running backs, wide receivers and tight ends over quarterbacks when point totals are close.

Top Fantasy Players from Early-Sunday Slate
Jeremy Langford, RB, Chicago

It seems Chicago really does just have a knack for picking up talented backs. Jeremy Langford has made sure Bears fans aren't agonizing over Matt Forte's absence, leading his side to an impressive 37-13 win over a St. Louis team that prides itself on tough defensive play.
Langford did almost equal damage rushing and receiving. He picked up 73 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries, a fine supplement to the 103 yards and end-zone trip he tallied in the passing game. Langford picked up a hefty chunk of his fantasy points on an 83-yard scoring reception, via the NFL:
ESPN's Matt Bowen liked his speed on the screen play:
The rookie out of Michigan State now has 324 all-purpose yards from his last two weeks. Fans could've expected him to rip through San Diego's shoddy defense in Week 9, but he was even better against the Rams' highly talented outfit.
The future is bright for the rookie Langford. Forte turns 30 on December 10, and he's racked up plenty of mileage in his excellent NFL career. The Bears could see Langford as a player for the future after these two games, and he almost certainly will take away some snaps from Forte even when the veteran back returns to action.
Kirk Cousins, QB, Washington

The fantasy star-making machine that is the New Orleans Saints' horrid defense turned Kirk Cousins into a dominant quarterback on Sunday. Cousins threw for 324 yards and four touchdowns with no picks. This follows Marcus Mariota's 374-yard, four-score day in Week 9 and Eli Manning's 350 yards and six touchdowns the week before that.
Cousins was on fire in the first half. He'll like this tweet from the NFL Network:
ESPN's Bomani Jones saw this big performance coming considering the Saints' horrid play:
Matt Jones was another big beneficiary of New Orleans' defensive profligacy. He rushed for 55 yards, picked up 131 more through the air and scored once.
Cousins has topped three touchdowns and 300 yards in two of his past three games. That's probably tempting to some fantasy owners, though they would do well to note that he's on a team with a hit-or-miss rushing attack and most of his outings are average at best. He's worth a look as a backup. Starting him is still out of the question.
Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh

A minor October swoon saw Antonio Brown held to under 50 yards receiving in Weeks 4-6, taking some of the shine away from the usually brilliant wide receiver. He's since returned to form, with plenty of credit going to the return of Ben Roethlisberger to the lineup, and has really outdone himself in the past two weeks.
Last week saw Brown rack up 284 receiving yards and another 22 rushing against Oakland. Against Cleveland on Sunday, it was 139 yards and two trips to the end zone that propelled him to another standout fantasy display.
His second touchdown put the game well out of reach for Cleveland, and he capped the 56-yard play with an exclamation point by sticking the landing on his front flip into the end zone. Here's a look, via the NFL:
After the game, Brown gave his props to a hobbled Roethlisberger, who didn't start the game with an injured foot but had to come in anyway when Landry Jones left with a foot injury of his own. ESPN's Britt McHenry passed along Brown's comments:
If Roethlisberger is suiting up, Brown is liable to wreck whatever unfortunate secondary tries to get in his way. The excellent play of second-year wide receiver Martavis Bryant down the line makes it tough for defenses to hone in on Brown, to say nothing of applying double coverage.
In a game of "pick your poison" between Bryant and Brown, most defenses end up getting a double dose.
