Clark has been dealing with a back injury throughout the season, but managed to play most of June. During the Fever's game against the Phoenix Mercury on June 24, she exited early and was forced to miss the last two games against the Sparks and Aces.
Luckily, Indiana had a lengthy break between games, which meant Clark didn't have to miss as much time as she would have during a different stretch.
Now, she'll look to make her return ahead of a back-to-back against Los Angeles and Phoenix.
"Obviously, I think it would be very difficult for me to play both this one on Wednesday and then the one on Thursday, but we'll see," Clark told reporters. "From a health standpoint and then just getting back into it. I'd assume I'll be on a minutes restriction tomorrow."
Clark, who missed most of the 2025 campaign, has been tremendous when healthy, putting up 21.2 points, 8.2 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game. She's averaging the third-most points and the second-most assists in the league.
The Fever have done well to stay afloat when Clark is out, and they're currently sitting in sixth place in the WNBA at 12-8. If Clark can stay healthy for the next few weeks, Indiana could be in a strong position heading into the second half of the season.
