2026 NBA Mock Draft with Consensus Picks for Every 1st-Rounder

Andy BaileyJun 18, 2026

We're now less than a week away from the 2026 NBA draft, and experts from all over the internet are zeroing in on their final mock drafts.

As we near the big day, Bleacher Report has combed over the most recent mocks from here, ESPN, Yahoo, Tankathon and The Ringer.

And below, we have the consensus first-round order based on the average draft spots from those five outlets (a player has to be in at least two of the five mocks to qualify).

1. Washington Wizards: AJ Dybantsa (BYU)

1 of 30
2026 Big 12 Tournament - Men's - Second Round

Position: SF | Size: 6'9", 210 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 1.0 | Full Scouting Report

It still feels like there's a chance Darryn Peterson or Cameron Boozer sneak into this spot, but every mock has settled on AJ Dybantsa for now.

With his size and potentially Tracy McGrady-like game, Dybantsa could be the ideal wing to play between Trae Young and Anthony Davis in the short term and become the face of the franchise in the long one.

Those two veteran acquisitions make this a much softer landing spot for the rookie than it otherwise would've been, too. Young will create tons of open looks for Dybantsa all over the floor, and AD can cover for the defensive mistakes young players are prone to make.

2. Utah Jazz: Darryn Peterson (Kansas)

2 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball - 2nd Round

Position: SG | Size: 6'6", 205 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 2.2 | Full Scouting Report

For the moment, Yahoo's Kevin O'Connor is the one expert we've consulted for this exercise who has Darryn Peterson slipping to the third spot.

And though it makes sense (you can talk yourself into the fit of any of the top three players with any of the top three teams), especially in the wake of this week's reporting that Peterson won't work out for the Utah Jazz, we just saw a similar story play out last year.

As you'll recall, there was some question about Ace Bailey wanting to avoid the Jazz, but it obviously didn't scare Danny Ainge and the rest of that front office off.

If they feel Peterson, with his athleticism, frame and tough shot-making ability, is the best player available at No. 2, the Jazz will take him.

3. Memphis Grizzlies: Cameron Boozer (Duke)

3 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - Elite Eight - Washington D.C.

Position: PF | Size: 6'9", 250 lbs | Age: 18

Average Pick: 2.8 | Full Scouting Report

Getting arguably the most productive player in the NCAA, who doesn't even turn 19 till next month, with the third pick is one heck of a consolation.

Questions about Cameron Boozer's athleticism have crept up over the last several weeks, but we've seen a number of players (including a three-time MVP) more than make up for any deficiency there with skill.

And Boozer, even at his young age, is brimming with skill. Relative to his positional peers, he's one of this draft's very best rebounders, passers, three-point shooters and post players.

There's a real chance he winds up the best and steadiest player from this class.

4. Chicago Bulls: Caleb Wilson (North Carolina)

4 of 30
Duke v North Carolina

Position: PF | Size: 6'10", 215 lbs Age: 19

Average Pick: 4.0 | Full Scouting Report

Speaking of a great consolation, the Chicago Bulls should have a shot at Caleb Wilson, who could walk into the NBA as one of its best athletes.

With his size and explosiveness paired with Josh Giddey's playmaking, Wilson could annihilate rims all over the league. He should make the Bulls' defense more dynamic too.

Superstar upside likely depends on the development of his perimeter skills. But even if he just zeroes in on rim running and rim protection, Wilson has a chance to become one of the NBA's best bigs.

5. Los Angeles Clippers: Darius Acuff Jr. (Arkansas)

5 of 30
2026 NBA Draft Combine

Position: PG/SG | Size: 6'3", 190 lbs | Age: 18

Average Pick: 6.0 | Full Scouting Report

This is where a consensus mock can start to break down (at least if done by our simple methodology).

The Los Angeles Clippers may very well draft a guard, but given Darius Garland's presence on the roster, there's a chance they don't want one of the smaller ones.

Still, it's not hard to see why every mock draft had Darius Acuff in the top six. Even with his limited size and defensive concerns, the offensive upside for the freshman who averaged 23.5 points and 6.4 assists, while shooting 44.0 percent from deep, is huge.

6. Brooklyn Nets: Keaton Wagler (Illinois)

6 of 30
Illinois v UConn

Position: PG/SG | Size: 6'6", 180 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 6.2

Bleacher Report, ESPN and Tankathon all see the Clippers going with the guard who has wing size, but slight slips at Yahoo and The Ringer pulled Keaton Wagler's average down far enough to land him with the Brooklyn Nets.

And though they just took three playmakers (Egor Dёmin, Nolan Traoré and Ben Saraf) last year, the Nets could still talk themselves into Wagler.

He and Dёmin are big enough to survive on the wings, and the wealth of creation in potential lineups with those two could give Brooklyn a dynamic attack.

7. Sacramento Kings: Mikel Brown Jr. (Louisville)

7 of 30
COLLEGE BASKETBALL: FEB 28 Louisville at Clemson

Position: PG/SG | Size: 6'5", 180 lbs Age: 20

Average Pick: 7.0

The Sacramento Kings may have their heart set on Darius Acuff, but there's a decent chance he won't be available at No. 7.

If Mikel Brown is, they probably shouldn't be too bent out of shape.

Brown may have some work to do on his three-point shot, but an 84.4 free-throw percentage is a good sign, and his creativity in getting to 18.2 points and 4.7 assists as a freshman is intriguing for a team in need of a point guard.

8. Atlanta Hawks: Kingston Flemings (Houston)

8 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - Second Round - Oklahoma City

Position: PG | Size: 6'4", 190 lbs | Age: 19

Pro Comp: De'Aaron Fox

Kingston Flemings is another guard who put up big numbers (16.1 points and 5.2 assists, while shooting 38.7 percent from three) as a freshman.

And considering the potential departure of CJ McCollum in free agency, Flemings could make a lot of sense on a team in need of some offense from the backcourt.

His year in Houston's culture could help him quickly adapt to defense-first lineups with Dyson Daniels, too.

9. Dallas Mavericks: Brayden Burries (Arizona)

9 of 30
Purdue v Arizona

Position: SG | Size: 6'4", 215 lbs | Age: 20

Average Pick: 8.2

This is another spot where there's nearly universal agreement. Four of the five mock drafts (with The Ringer being the lone exception) have the Dallas Mavericks taking Brayden Burries.

And it's not hard to see why.

With Cooper Flagg likely to use plenty of playmaking possessions in the coming years, having guards who are comfortable as catch-and-shoot threats will be important.

As a freshman, Burries shot 39.1 percent from deep for Arizona.

10. Milwaukee Bucks: Nate Ament (Tennessee)

10 of 30
Tennessee v Iowa State

Position: SF | Size: 6'10", 207 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 10.2

As the NBA world braces for a potential Giannis Antetokounmpo trade, four of the five mock drafts have a similar-sized player headed their way in Nate Ament.

But there isn't a ton of commonality beyond that.

Ament is more of a skill-reliant player than Giannis was when he entered the league. And though those skills still need some development, there's real intrigue with a 6'10" potential floor spacer.

11. Golden State Warriors: Aday Mara (Michigan)

11 of 30
UConn v Michigan

Position: C | Size: 7'3", 255 lbs | Age: 20 | Country: Spain

Average Pick: 10.8

If the Golden State Warriors keep this pick, it might signal a lot about how they feel about the twilight of Stephen Curry's career.

If they don't think there's a gettable star out there who can quickly return the team to contention, taking and developing a prospect makes sense.

But someone like Aday Mara could potentially check both boxes.

With his sheer size, solid rim protection and decent passing ability, Mara brings elements of Andrew Bogut and Boris Diaw to the game, which sounds exactly like the kind of center Steve Kerr could win with right away.

12. Oklahoma City Thunder: Yaxel Lendeborg (Michigan)

12 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament – Championship – Indianapolis

Position: PF | Size: 6'9", 240 lbs | Age: 23

Average Pick: 14.4

If there's a team that might be able to justify taking a soon-to-be-24-year-old rookie in the lottery, it might be the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Title contenders with massive contracts at the top of the books need contributors on rookie contracts, and Lendeborg could be experienced enough to help right away.

He wouldn't be asked to do much in OKC, but his wide-ranging contributions to a championship-winning Michigan team suggest he could add some value as a passer and multipositional defender.

13. Miami Heat: Karim Lopez (New Zealand Breakers)

13 of 30
NBL Rd 19 - New Zealand Breakers v Melbourne United

Position: PF | Size: 6'8", 222 lbs | Age: 19 | Country: Mexico

Average Pick: 16.0

The Miami Heat's 13th pick almost feels like a placeholder right now. If the long-rumored Giannis Antetokounmpo deal goes down, this could belong to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Either way, it's not crazy to have 19-year-old Karim Lopez in the lottery mix.

He has good positional size and a decent skill level for a teenager. Teams wanting experience might be keen on the fact that he's already played three years professionally too.

14. Charlotte Hornets: Cameron Carr (Baylor)

14 of 30
College Basketball Crown - Quarterfinal

Position: SG | Size: 6'5", 184 lbs | Age: 20

Average Pick: 16.2

The Charlotte Hornets already have the makings of a good young guard corps with Kon Knueppel and Brandon Miller, but a little more depth there wouldn't hurt.

And Cameron Carr looked (and played) the part quite well at Baylor.

With decent, fluid athleticism, Carr averaged 18.9 points and shot 37.4 percent from deep as a junior at Baylor.

15. Chicago Bulls: Hannes Steinbach (Washington)

15 of 30
COLLEGE BASKETBALL: FEB 24 Washington at Rutgers

Position: C | Size: 6'11" | Age: 19 | Country: Germany

Average Pick: 16.2

With Matas Buzelis already on the roster and Wilson likely to be there soon, the Bulls aren't likely to take another big man at No. 15.

But Hannes Steinbach wouldn't be a bad swing at some depth behind those two.

As a freshman at Washington, he averaged 18.5 points and an NCAA-leading 11.8 rebounds, while also shooting a "maybe he can add this at the NBA level" 34.0 percent from deep.

16. Memphis Grizzlies: Labaron Philon Jr. (Alabama)

16 of 30
Alabama v Michigan

Position: PG | Size: 6'4", 185 lbs | Age: 20

Average Pick: 16.6

Like the Bucks with Giannis, it almost feels like the Grizzlies are in a bit of a holding pattern till they trade Ja Morant.

In the meantime, and after taking a big earlier in the first, it wouldn't be at all surprising to see them look for a potential Ja replacement here.

Sophomore Labaron Philon, who averaged 22.0 points and 5.0 assists in 2025-26, could have an outside shot with his crafty offensive game.

17. Oklahoma City Thunder: Morez Johnson Jr. (Michigan)

17 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Championship

Position: PF | Size: 6'9", 250 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 17.0

Morez Johnson is a big-bodied forward who had solid steal and block rates in college and could provide a nice change of pace for OKC's frontcourt.

Right now, the much slimmer Chet Holmgren is the 1A in that group, and the Thunder can be susceptible to bruisers when he's playing the 5.

Having Johnson alongside him could go a long way toward solving the problem.

18. Charlotte Hornets: Bennett Stirtz (Iowa)

18 of 30
Iowa v Illinois

Position: PG | Size: 6'4", 190 lbs | Age: 22

Average Pick: 17.6

The Charlotte Hornets already have one well-rounded sharpshooter in Knueppel, but Bennett Stirtz's playmaking chops may be even better. He's a bit more of a ball-hawk on defense, too.

And while Stirtz would obviously start out as a depth piece on a team with LaMelo Ball, Coby White (assuming he re-signs), Knueppel and Brandon Miller, having someone with a wide-ranging enough skill set to spell any of them wouldn't hurt.

19. Toronto Raptors: Christian Anderson (Texas Tech)

19 of 30
Texas Tech v Alabama

Position: PG | Size: 6'3", 178 lbs | Age: 19 | Country: USA/Germany

Average Pick: 18.0

For a team built around three wings who aren't serious three-point shooting threats (Scottie Barnes, Brandon Ingram and RJ Barrett), Christian Anderson falling to them at No. 19 would be a win.

In two seasons at Texas Tech, Anderson shot 40.0 percent from deep. And when he took the reins of the offense in 2025-26, he averaged 18.5 points and 7.4 assists.

He's shown an ability and willingness to play on or off the ball, which makes him nearly ideal for a team with so much playmaking from the wings.

20. San Antonio Spurs: Allen Graves (Santa Clara)

20 of 30
Santa Clara v Kentucky

Position: PF | Size: 6'9", 225 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 20.2

Allen Graves may not have the pops-off-the-screen athleticism that a lot of teams are looking for in the draft. Being a reserve for a mid-major team may cause some to raise an eyebrow at his production, too.

But the analytics on Graves are tough to deny.

In just 22.6 minutes, he averaged a well-rounded 11.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.9 steals, 1.8 assists and 1.1 threes, while shooting 41.3 percent from deep. He led his conference in box plus/minus.

So even with the concerns, that kind of production out of a 6'9" forward would make Graves a great get at this range.

21. Detroit Pistons: Ebuka Okorie (Stanford)

21 of 30
College Basketball Crown - Quarterfinal

Position: PG | Size: 6'2", 186 lbs | Age: 19

Average Rank: 20.4

The Detroit Pistons could certainly use a playmaker to take a little pressure off of Cade Cunningham, and Ebuka Okorie was one of the country's best bucket-getters as a freshman.

In 31 games for Stanford, he put up a conference-best 23.2 points, while shooting 35.4 percent from deep and adding 3.6 assists to boot.

Okorie is certainly undersized, but he already has a scoring repertoire worthy of fringe lottery contention.

22. Philadelphia 76ers: Chris Cenac Jr. (Houston)

22 of 30
2026 Big 12 Tournament - Men's - Semifinals

Position: PF | Size: 6'11", 240 lbs | Age: 18

Average Rank: 21.6

For a team that employs the oft-injured-or-otherwise-unavailable Joel Embiid, it's probably never a bad idea to stock up on size.

Houston's Chris Cenac Jr. certainly brings that, along with a pretty good motor to go with it.

Those two ingredients alone, especially in a teenager, can go a long way toward producing an effective player.

23. Atlanta Hawks: Dailyn Swain (Texas)

23 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - Second Round - Portland

Position: PG | Size: 6'8", 220 lbs | Age: 20

Average Rank: 21.6

One of the older prospects who has a chance to go in the top 20 of this draft, Dailyn Swain transferred to Texas for his junior campaign and averaged 17.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists.

His versatility could make him a dynamic, multipositional forward for a team in need of some defense and slashing.

If he can develop a more consistent outside shot, he could be a steal at this range.

24. New York Knicks: Jayden Quaintance (Kentucky)

24 of 30
2026 NBA Draft Combine

Position: PF | Size: 6'10", 255 lbs | Age: 18

Average Rank: 22.8

After he played an integral role in the New York Knicks winning their first title in 53 years, it's hard to imagine them letting Mitchell Robinson walk in free agency, but a little insurance against that possibility wouldn't hurt.

Jayden Quaintance has a torn ACL in his history and has plenty of developing to do, but his size, athleticism and motor on the glass mean he could be precisely the right player to fill that role.

25. Los Angeles Lakers: Henri Veesaar (North Carolina)

25 of 30
VCU v North Carolina

Position: C | Size: 7'0", 225 lbs | Age: 21 | Country: Estonia

Average Rank: 25.8

He's a little older than most of the prospects who'll be taken in front of him. And there may be some questions about his athleticism, but Henri Veesaar could be an interesting ball screener for Luka Dončić.

The Los Angeles Lakers superstar has had a lot of success with above-the-rim pick-and-roll partners, but Veesaar could be a nice change-of-pace option with his shooting.

Pick-and-pops with a seven-footer who shot 42.6 percent from three in 2025-26 could be dangerous.

26. Denver Nuggets: Meleek Thomas (Arkansas)

26 of 30
Arkansas v Arizona

Position: PG/SG | Size: 6'3", 190 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 26.0

One of the Denver Nuggets' biggest priorities this offseason should be getting longer and more athletic. In pretty much every postseason since they won the title, they've been beaten on those fronts.

And while Meleek Thomas may not really check the length box, he's a quick-twitch scorer with some playmaking upside who averaged 15.6 points and 2.5 assists, while shooting 41.6 percent from three, as a freshman.

At the very least, he might be able to take some pressure off of Jamal Murray.

27. Boston Celtics: Koa Peat (Arizona)

27 of 30
Purdue v Arizona

Position: PF | Size: 6'7", 245 lbs Age: 19

Average Pick: 26.6

There are questions about his shooting (he made seven threes all season and only shot 62.3 percent from the line), but Koa Peat's combination of size, strength and feel for the game are still intriguing.

And if he does develop a more consistent outside shot, his combination of feel and toughness could overcome the lack of top-flight athleticism.

28. Minnesota Timberwolves: Isaiah Evans (Duke)

28 of 30
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - Sweet Sixteen - Washington D.C.

Position: SF | Size: 6'6", 180 lbs | Age: 19

Average Pick: 26.6

Isaiah Evans may not have the physical tools and athleticism as some of the prospects ahead of him on this board, but at this point, it's fine to look for a specialist.

And Evans has a chance to be a solid catch-and-shoot three-point threat.

In two seasons at Duke, he averaged 11.0 points and shot 38.0 percent from deep.

29. Cleveland Cavaliers: Sergio de Larrea (Valencia)

29 of 30
Fc Barcelona V Valencia Basket - Liga Acb Endesa

Position: SG | Size: 6'5", 175 lbs | Age: 19 | Country: Spain

Average Pick: 29.0

Sergio de Larrea has been playing professionally for a few years now. And in 2025-26, the teenager is averaging 6.8 points and 3.0 assists, while shooting 38.9 percent from deep.

So while there may be some questions about his athleticism and ability to finish against NBA defenses, the feel he's shown in Spain (still arguably the best league outside the NBA) should be enough to get him drafted.

30. Dallas Mavericks: Tarris Reed Jr. (Connecticut)

30 of 30
UConn v Michigan

Position: C | Size: 6'11", 265 lbs | Age: 22

Average Pick: 30.0

The Dallas Mavericks already have a pair of solid rim-runners in Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively II, but if they could flip the elder one (Gafford) for some assets, Tarris Reed could help them reset the clock on that position.

Over his last three NCAA seasons, Reed has averaged 11.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 24.5 minutes, while shooting 59.9 percent from the field.
