Cardinals' Mack Wilson Makes Bold Claim in Trending Video After Rams' Myles Garrett Trade
Arizona Cardinals linebacker Mack Wilson apparently feels confident his team will be able to contend with a Los Angeles Rams defense bolstered by the addition of star edge rusher Myles Garrett.
"They gotta deal with us," Wilson said Tuesday about his reaction to Garrett being traded into the NFC West. "At the end of the day, they gotta deal with us."

Cardinals offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr., when asked a similar question, responded: "In the NFC alone, a lot of talent, I think. Looks like the SEC right now."
Former Rams star Aaron Donald is reportedly considering coming out of retirement to join Garrett, who was acquired by the Rams last week in a trade with the Cleveland Browns.
The Cardinals will be playing next season in a division staffed by the Rams, the reigning champion Seattle Seahawks and a San Francisco 49ers team looking for Brock Purdy to lead them past the divisional round next winter.
It remains to be seen if Donald, who last played during the 2023 season, will be able to get back up to NFL speed if he commits to a return.
Regardless, the Rams have already bolstered their defense with the arrival of Garrett as well as star cornerback Trent McDuffie.
After making it to the NFC title game last season before losing to the Seahawks, the Rams are hoping those additions will add enough depth to help this team make it out of the NFC this winter.
The Cardinals are heading into what could be a bridge season before targeting a quarterback in the 2027 NFL draft.
Career seasons from Michael Wilson and Trey McBride weren't enough to help the Cardinals win more than three games with Kyler Murray and Jacoby Brissett last season.
The Cardinals added star running back Jeremiyah Love in the draft, but have Brissett, Gardner Minshew and rookie Carson Beck as options under center.
That quarterback uncertainty will make the Rams defense a major test for the Cardinals when these two teams meet on Oct. 18 for a Week 6 game in Los Angeles and on Nov. 10 for a Week 10 matchup at Arizona.
