Florida and Duke are ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in the latest preseason Top 25 rankings projection from ESPN's Jeff Borzello.
Those programs also matched up in the 2025 ACC/SEC Challenge. The 2026 edition of the event will mark the first time the Blue Devils have played in Gainesville since 1937.
The Arkansas/UNC matchup is also set to make history. The December game will mark the first time in program history the Razorbacks have played in Chapel Hill.
Cal and SMU are not featured in the matchups. There will also notably be no matchup between NC State and LSU after head coach Will Wade left the Wolfpack for the Tigers earlier this offseason.
This will be the fourth edition of the annual ACC/SEC Challenge. According to Rothstein, an official announcement confirming the matchups "is expected soon."
