Bell is listed as the No. 1 prospect in the 2031 class, per the latest rankings from Future Prospects D1.

ESPN's Kendrick Perkins hyped the young prospect:

The seventh-grader's versatile offensive abilities were highlighted in his scouting report.

"On offense, Bell showcases a balanced game that allows him to contribute in multiple ways," Future Prospects D1 wrote. "He uses his size and strength to finish strong around the basket, often overpowering defenders in the paint. His footwork and touch around the rim stand out, but what separates him is his growing comfort operating from the mid-range and perimeter."

Bell currently goes to school in Dallas, Texas. He previously stood out at the MSHTV Camp, thriving on both ends of the floor.
