Steve Smith Sr. Appears to Shade Browns' Jerry Jeudy After Concepcion, Boston Picks in NFL Draft
Former star wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. seemed to take a shot at Cleveland Browns wideout Jerry Jeudy after the team selected multiple receivers in the first two rounds of the 2026 NFL draft.
Smith wrote that "somebody will be hiring a moving company sooner" following the pair of draft picks in a Friday post on X.
The Browns selected Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion with the No. 24 overall choice on Thursday before picking up Washington receiver Denzel Boston at No. 39 on Day 2.
Smith and Jeudy previously had a verbal altercation in Oct. 2023 after the former called the latter "JAG," or just a guy.
Jeudy appeared to brush off their feud in July 2025, though.
The 27-year-old failed to meet expectations last year after earning a Pro Bowl nod for his 2024 campaign, hauling in just 50 receptions for 602 yards and two scores.
Considering Jeudy's lackluster 2025 season to go along with the selections of Concepcion and Boston, Smith seems to think that his time in Cleveland may be coming to a close.
