The 115-105 victory was powered by the Cavs' star backcourt, with Mitchell recording back-to-back 30-plus point performances and Harden adding another 20-plus point outing to keep the pressure on Toronto.
Harden finished with 28 points, five rebounds, four assists and five steals after a strong start, scoring 16 in the first half to help set the tone.
Harden's four assists pushed his career playoff total to 1,137, moving him into seventh place on the NBA's all-time postseason assists list.
Mitchell led all players with 30 points along with seven rebounds, five assists after scoring 15 by halftime.Ā

The Cleveland Cavaliers held the Toronto Raptors to just 19 first-quarter points, building a 54-48 lead at halftime.
Despite falling behind by 16 in the third, Toronto battled back to cut the deficit to seven entering the fourth.
Clinging to a six-point lead, Cleveland closed on a decisive 14-4 run to pull away and secure the Game 2 win at home.
The winner of the Raptors-Cavaliers series will advance to face the victor of the No. 1 Detroit Pistons-No. 9 Orlando Magic matchup in the Eastern Conference semifinals, with Orlando holding a 1-0 series lead.Game 3 between Cleveland and Toronto is set for Thursday as the series shifts north of the border.
