Updated NBA Draft Lottery 2026 Odds Revealed After Tiebreakers Decided by Random Drawings
The NBA lottery odds have been updated after the remaining tiebreakers were decided by random drawings.
Perhaps the most notable tiebreaker was the Utah Jazz's over the Sacramento Kings. Utah's pick now cannot fall lower than No. 8 in the draft, so the Jazz will keep their top-eight-protected pick rather than sending it to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

A few more picks could change hands when the lottery takes place on May 10.
The Indiana Pacers' pick is protected if it falls in the top 1-4 or 10-30, so if it is in the 5-9 range, it will go to the Los Angeles Clippers. If it is not in the 5-9 range, the Clippers will get Indiana's 2031 unprotected pick. The pick was a part of the trade that sent Ivica Zubac to the Pacers at the deadline.
Either the Milwaukee Bucks or Atlanta Hawks will get the New Orleans Pelicans' first-round pick. The Hawks will get the more favorable of the Bucks' and Pelicans' first-round picks, while Milwaukee will get the least-favorable of the two.
Those are the only notable scenarios remaining for the draft lottery, as no other picks will be on the move during the May 10 lottery.
While the playoffs are in full swing, the teams that didn't make the postseason are shifting their attention towards the draft — and they'll have some strong options this year.
BYU's AJ Dybantsa highlights this year's class, but there's plenty of talent coming from the collegiate ranks. In his latest mock draft, Bleacher Report's Jonathan Wasserman projects the Wizards to take Dybantsa No. 1 overall, followed by Kansas' Darryn Peterson at No. 2 and Duke's Cameron Boozer at No. 3.
