
Scottie Pippen's Son Justin Announces Transfer Decision After Entering Portal from Cal
Cal guard Justin Pippen committed to transfer to Ohio State on Friday, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel.
Pippen is the son of Hall of Fame forward Scottie Pippen.
Justin played for Michigan as a freshman before spending his sophomore season with the Golden Bears. He entered the transfer portal on Monday.

The younger Pippen averaged 14.2 points, 4.6 assists and 1.9 steals per game across 32 starts with Cal last season. He shot 37.0 percent from the field and 32.7 percent from three-point territory.
The Golden Bears finished with a 22-12 record and advanced to the second round of the NIT.
As for Ohio State, the Buckeyes posted a 21-13 mark last season. They made an NCAA tournament appearance, but fell to TCU by the final score of 66-64 in the first round.
Head coach Jake Diebler's squad entered the offseason searching for more backcourt help, as senior Bruce Thornton's college career came to a close and junior Taison Chatman entered the portal.
As the Buckeyes look to contend in the Big Ten and make a deeper March Madness run next season, Pippen will be in the mix.
