McDonald's All American Game 2026 Score, Highlights and Reaction

Several of the country's top high school basketball players competed in the 2026 McDonald's All-American game at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona on Tuesday.

After a hard-fought contest, the West team wrapped up a 102-86 win over the East fueled by a strong second-half performance.

While the score was tied 42-42 at halftime, the West pulled away throughout the second half before cruising to the win.

Tyran Stokes headlined the list of participants for the West, finishing with 12 points and nine rebounds. Stokes is listed as the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, per 247Sports' composite rankings.

Jordan Smith Jr., the No. 3 prospect in 247Sports' composite rankings, also put together an impressive outing. Smith scored a team-high 15 points for the East, shooting 6-of-12 from the field.

Jason Crowe Jr. and Caleb Holt were named co-MVPs of the game after finishing with 16 points and 11 points, respectively.
