Roman Reigns Trolls CM Punk in Trending Video from Jimmy Fallon Show, 'I'm a Bigger Star Than You'
Roman Reigns hilariously trolled world heavyweight champion CM Punk during an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday.
Ahead of their main event match at WrestleMania 42 next month, Fallon gave Reigns the opportunity to address Punk, and The OTC took advantage of the chance to slight his rival (beginning at the 5-minute mark of the video):

"Phil, most likely you're asleep right now," Reigns said. "As you should be. You should be resting up because you need it. You're probably a little confused at your old age. You're probably wondering like, 'Why is Roman there and I'm here at home?' That's because I'm a way bigger star than you."
Reigns then took to social media on Friday morning to make sure that Punk caught wind of his message:
While the 47-year-old Punk is only seven years older than Reigns, he made his pro wrestling debut way back in 1997, which was 13 years before Reigns entered the business.
Punk left pro wrestling for seven years and WWE for nearly a decade, but ever since returning to the company in November 2023, he has been at the top of his game.
Reigns, who once spent 1,316 consecutive days as world champion, won the men's Royal Rumble match in January and chose Punk as his WrestleMania 42 opponent days later when Punk confronted him.
In the weeks since then, Reigns and Punk have been engaged in a heated rivalry with both men taking shots at each other. Punk vowed to reunite Reigns with his dead father, while Reigns called Punk "old" in a promo, which prompted Punk to swing on The Tribal Chief.
During an interview with Adam Glyn of Adam's Apple this week, Reigns discussed his dynamic with Punk and the challenges he will face at WrestleMania:
"I have to make sure that I have all my ducks aligned, I'm focused," Reigns said. "Because when I get a little bit emotional, I take my eye off the ball, I can miss. ... If I do everything right, he doesn't have a chance, but he's good at making people make mistakes."
Headlining WrestleMania is old hat for Reigns, but WrestleMania 42 will mark the first time Punk has ever competed in the main event of Night 2.
He is no stranger to clashing with Reigns on the Grandest Stage of Them All, though, as they faced off in a Triple Threat that was the main event of Night 1 last year. That match was won by Seth Rollins.
At WrestleMania 42, arguably WWE's two biggest stars will lock horns with the World Heavyweight Championship hanging in the balance, and they both figure to bring their best to the table in one of the biggest matches of their respective careers.
