5 WWE Stars Ready For Their WrestleMania Moment in Las Vegas
WrestleMania is the biggest wrestling event in the world every year, so naturally, everyone in WWE wants to be part of the show.
This year's top title matches are filled with mostly veteran talents, but there are a lot of newer stars who are hoping this is their year to stand out.
In addition to some of the fresh faces on the roster, WWE has several longtime performers who are still waiting for their big WrestleMania moment.
Let's take a look at some of the stars who are primed to have career-making moments at the biggest premium live event of the year.
Liv Morgan
1 of 5
Liv Morgan is set to challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the Women's World Championship at this year's show.
While Morgan has been a fixture in WWE for several years, she has yet to have a big moment at The Show of Shows.
Here's a look at what she has done at 'Mania:
Her only win at the event came six years ago during the pre-show. Every other time she has competed, it has been in a losing effort in a Battle Royal or tag team match.
Morgan is one of WWE's homegrown talents, having signed with the company before receiving any formal training, and she has been a regular fixture on television for over a decade, which is quite the feat for someone who is only 31.
It's time for her to have her own special 'Mania moment, and beating Vaquer for the women's title is the perfect way to give it to her.
Oba Femi
2 of 5
Ever since Oba Femi first arrived in NXT, it was clear there was something special about him. Now that he is on the main roster, it looks like WWE is strapping the rocket to his back by putting him into a WrestleMania feud with Brock Lesnar.
This is not one of those cases where WWE can afford to take a few years to build someone up. It needs a fresh face in the main event scene, and Femi is perfect for that role.
Giving him a win over The Beast Incarnate at his first 'Mania is guaranteed to propel Femi up the ladder and put him right in the hunt for gold.
WWE has a golden opportunity to make a new star here. If it messes this up, it will take The Ruler a while to recover the lost momentum.
Je'Von Evans
3 of 5
When he first arrived on the main roster, it looked like WWE was going to push Je'Von Evans hard right out of the gate. Sadly, things have cooled a bit for The Young OG recently.
The 21-year-old is the youngest member of the main roster right now, and he is light years ahead of where most talent is at his age, so WWE shouldn't let this opportunity pass it by.
Evans needs a standout moment at WrestleMania to reignite his push, and one way to do that would be to have him win a gimmick match.
The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal hasn't happened on the main show in a few years, but if WWE were to bring it back, having Evans win would be a great feather in his cap.
Finn Balor
4 of 5
Much like his former Judgment Day cohort, Morgan, Finn Balor doesn't exactly have the best record at WrestleMania. Here is a rundown of his record.
Over the course of eight years and five matches, Balor has only won once at 'Mania. After all of his hard work over the years, he deserves a special moment at the show.
With The Judgment Day kicking him out of the group, a babyface Balor will likely end up facing Dirty Dom or JD McDonagh at the PLE. Having him get the win would help kick-start his babyface run with some momentum.
Jacob Fatu
5 of 5
The feud between Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu has been going strong for some time, and it continues to pick up steam heading into 'Mania.
Friday's SmackDown saw the two fight all around the arena for the entirety of the show, capping the episode off with a fall that seemingly took both men out.
The only way to end this feud properly is a Falls Count Anywhere match at WrestleMania.
That stipulation would fit their story perfectly because they can't seem to keep their fighting confined to the ring. And when it's over, Fatu should be the one having his hand raised.
WWE clearly sees him as a potential top star, and the sooner he is elevated to that level, the better. A win over a multi-time world champion at the biggest show of the year is a great way to get it done.
Who do you want to see have a WrestleMania moment this year?
