Makai Lemon Praised By Rams GM at USC Pro Day, Snead Reveals What He Likes About NFL Draft Prospect
The Los Angeles Rams could have their eyes on former USC wide receiver Makai Lemon ahead of the 2026 NFL draft.
While attending USC's pro day on Thursday, Rams general manager Les Snead was asked by NFL Network's Bridget Condon what he liked most about Lemon (0:39 mark of the video below).
"He's a guy that just makes watching football feel fun," Snead said, per Condon.

Representatives from all 32 NFL teams were present at USC's pro day, according to Condon.
Lemon recorded 79 catches for 1,156 receiving yards during his junior season with USC, averaging 14.6 yards per catch and recording 13 total touchdowns in 12 games.
B/R NFL scout Damian Parson described Lemon as a projected "predominant slot target" whose "toughness, spatial awareness, and tackle-breaking prowess enable him to consistently gain yards after the catch."
Lemon was ranked as the No. 12 overall prospect and No. 3 wide receiver available in the upcoming draft on Bleacher Report's latest 2026 draft big board.
He is predicted to go to the Pittsburgh Steelers at No. 21 in the latest B/R mock draft, which means he could potentially be available when the Rams first get on the board at No. 13.
The Rams are heading into next season without 2021 second-round pick Tutu Atwell, who has reportedly signed a two-year deal with the Miami Dolphins in free agency.
Both of the Rams' top wideouts, Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, are currently set to hit free agency after the 2026 season.
The Rams are expected to focus on an extension for Nacua this offseason, per a January report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Given Adams' contract status and the fact that he will turn 34 next December, the Rams could still decide to prioritize adding depth at wide receiver ahead of the 2026 season.
