Jeremiyah Love, Giants Meeting Reportedly Scheduled Ahead of 2026 NFL Draft
One of the top prospects in this year's NFL draft class reportedly will meet with the New York Giants this week.
Per Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com, Notre Dame star running back Jeremiyah Love is set to meet with the Giants on Thursday as one of their top 30 visits.
Love is considered by Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department to be the top running back and the No. 2 overall player in this year's NFL draft class, only behind Ohio State star safety Caleb Downs. In the latest mock draft from Bleacher Report, he's projected to go ninth overall to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Love, who spent three seasons at Notre Dame, rushed for 1,372 yards and 18 touchdowns in his final season with the Fighting Irish.
Love said at the NFL combine last month that he had heard a few teams mentioned as possible landing spots.
"I don't know, maybe top 10, top five, hopefully. I heard a lot [of] people saying the Chiefs or the Saints or the Giants," he told reporters. "I mean, all I gotta say is, I'd be blessed to go anywhere."
While the Giants have plenty of areas to address this offseason, the run game might be their focus. ESPN's Jordan Raanan reported that "there seems to be a clear focus on becoming a more physical run-heavy team" under new head coach John Harbaugh, adding that the team is "seriously looking at some of the top running backs."
If establishing a strong rush attack is important to the Giants, Love would perhaps be the perfect pick. New York found a solid, versatile running back in Cam Skattebo in last year's draft, but picking up Love could give the team the complete package in its backfield.
