Bell and Paul have been going back and forth about a potential fight for the last few days on social media.

Paul originally issued his challenge to NFL players on a Wednesday episode of his Impaulsive podcast.

The subject came up when Paul was talking about taking on NFL legend Tom Brady when the two are playing in the upcoming Fanatics Flag Football Classic in Los Angeles.

"If any of the football players want to fight, we can see what happens... Not a single football player could beat me in a boxing match. That is on God," Paul said.

Paul continued, "I would throttle Myles Garrett... any football player. Myles Garrett, Puka Nacua, Tom Brady, [Rob Gronkowski], Sam Darnold, doesn't matter. A million dollars, a million dollars, you come to the gym, you put on boxing gloves, we see how it goes."

Paul later shared what appeared to be screenshots of him messaging football players and offering to fight:

Paul and Bell then went on a back-and-forth exchange on social media, leading up to Paul sharing proposed terms from the fight and sharing a screenshot of himself asked Bell for an email to send a contract to.

Brady even weighed in on the proposed matchup:

Bell, who earned three Pro Bowl nods and two All-Pro honors while playing eight seasons in the NFL between 2013 and 2021, has amassed a 2-1 record as a professional boxer since leaving the NFL.

Paul lost his first professional boxing match to KSI in 2019, then matched up with Floyd Mayweather for an exhibition bout in 2021 before joining WWE in 2022. He announced in January that he'd signed a new long-term and full-time contract with WWE.
