Jordynne Grace Talks Injury, Posts Photos, Video After WWE SmackDown, 'My Ankle Glitched IRL'

Jordynne Grace provided an injury update Friday after hurting her ankle during a match against Alba Fyre on Main Event before the start of SmackDown.

Grace posted video of the incident on X, which saw her tweak her ankle while landing after avoiding an offensive maneuver by Fyre. Grace wrote, "My ankle glitched irl."

The three-time TNA Knockouts world champion also posted a pair of photos of herself backstage with Chelsea Green, who is also dealing with an ankle injury of her own:

In one photo, Grace used Green's wheelchair, and in the other, Grace's foot was in a walking boot, and she was using crutches.

After a stint in NXT, Grace was officially called up to the WWE main roster as part of SmackDown in January.

While she was unsuccessful in a WWE Women's Championship match against Jade Cargill last month, Grace has otherwise done her fair share of winning since the call-up, beating Fyre, Green and Candice LeRae in singles matches on SmackDown.

Given that Rhea Ripley won the women's Elimination Chamber match to earn a title match against Cargill at WrestleMania 42, it is unclear what plans were in place for Grace at the biggest show of the year, if any.

Going after Giulia and the Women's United States Championship or teaming up with someone to chase WWE Women's Tag Team Championships could be an option, but Grace's status is now in question.

The severity of her injury and the timeline for her return is unclear, but it appears Grace may have to miss at least some time, which is far from ideal with the Showcase of the Immortals just over one month away.
