
4-Star Recruit A.J. Taylor Uses Monopoly to Make College Announcement
Although high school recruits have announced their commitments in just about every possible way through the years, Rockhurst (Kansas City, Missouri) High School senior A.J. Taylor came up with a unique method to tell everyone where he will play college football.
And it was awesome.
Taylor, listed as a 4-star recruit by 247Sports, used a large Monopoly board to make a verbal commitment. Along with some classic Monopoly squares like "Chance," there were 15 schools on the board.
In the spirit of the game, he used houses and hotels to make his decision.
Once everybody was ready, the game began.
Taylor ultimately chose the Wisconsin Badgers:
Give Taylor credit for coming up with a creative way to make his announcement. It was a big decision, but he didn't let that keep him from having fun with it.
