Quarterback

The Geno Smith era appears to be short lived in Vegas. The veteran experienced severe regression in his first season with the Silver and Black. An early draft pick might be the best way out of the Smith Age.
Fernando Mendoza, Indiana (No. 5)
Dante Moore, Oregon (No. 9)
Ty Simpson, Alabama (No. 30)
Cornerback
3 of 5
Even if Eric Stokes comes back after showing promise in Silver and Black the Raiders still have to improve the secondary. Darien Porter and Decamarion Richardson put good things on film, but neither should prevent the Raiders from targeting the position.
Mansoor Delane, LSU (No. 3)
Jermod McCoy, Tennessee (No. 7)
Avieon Terrell, Clemson (No. 20)
Linebacker
4 of 5
Relying on Devin White and Elandon Roberts in 2025 is as good as indication as any that it's time for new blood in the linebacker room. The Raiders could use a younger, more range option in the middle of a defense that needs upgrades all over.
Arvell Reese, Ohio State (No. 6)
Sonny Styles, Ohio State (No. 22)
CJ Allen, Georgia (No. 35)
Edge-Rusher
5 of 5
Maxx Crosby's patience should be wearing thin. Tyree Wilson hasn't panned out as a top-10 selection, Malcolm Koonce was never able to recapture the brief glimpses of promises he has shown and Crosby needs a running mate.
Rueben Bain Jr., Miami (No. 2)
David Bailey, Texas Tech (No. 12)
Cashius Howell, Texas A&M (No. 13)
