Aaron Judge Says Yankees Are Eyeing 'Bigger Things' After Clinching MLB Bracket Spot
Aaron Judge is focused on locking up the AL East after helping the New York Yankees clinch a playoff spot with a Tuesday win over the Chicago White Sox.
"It takes a lot of hard work to get to this point, it's a long season... it never gets old," Judge told YES Network while being sprayed with celebratory drinks in the Yankees clubhouse after Tuesday's 3-2 win.
"Ultimate goal is to win our division. It's still right there for us. So we're excited about getting in, but we've got bigger things ahead of us."

When asked about how badly he wanted the Yankees to leapfrog the Toronto Blue Jays for the top of the division, Judge answered, "I want it really bad."
With the chance to clinch a postseason ticket on the line, the Yankees went into the bottom of Tuesday's ninth inning staring down a 2-1 deficit.
Anthony Volpe got on base with a lead-off single, then scored on a wild pitch to tie the game.
Judge, who had been intentionally walked, was then sent home on a José Caballero single that sealed the walk-off win and a postseason berth.
After the Boston Red Sox slid out of contention for the top of the division with a 5-6 record through their last 11 games, the AL East crown has been left for the Yankees and Blue Jays to fight over.
With five games remaining in the season for both teams, the Yankees sit just 1.0 games back of the Blue Jays for the division lead.
The Yankees have two more games against the White Sox followed by a three-game series against the Baltimore Orioles, while the Blue Jays have two remaining matchups with the Boston Red Sox and three against the Tampa Bay Rays.
New York will lose the division regardless of how Toronto performs if the Yankees go 1-4 or 0-5 down the stretch, as noted by MLB.com's Keegan Matheson.
Winning out, on the other hand, could clinch the division for the Yankees even if the Blue Jays perform as well as 4-1.
Judge and the Yankees' push toward the top of the division starts on Wednesday night at 7:05 p.m. ET, when the White Sox return to Yankee Stadium to seek redemption from Tuesday night's blown ninth-inning lead.
