Raiders' Brock Bowers Fine After Knee Injury vs. Patriots, No Concerns Moving Forward
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers didn't finish Sunday's game against the New England Patriots after suffering a knee injury, but it sounds like there's no reason to panic.
Bowers spoke to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero after the Raiders' 20-13 win and said he's "fine" and there are "no concerns moving forward."
Bowers left the field in the fourth quarter and didn't return. Prior to exiting the game, he looked dominant with five catches for a team-high 103 yards.

Raiders head coach Pete Carroll addressed Bowers' injury after the game and said it doesn't seem serious.
"They're looking at his knee… he wanted to go back in and they wouldn't let him in," Carroll said, adding that the second-year star was held out because of how the game was going.
The Raiders trailed 10-7 at halftime but outscored the Patriots 13-3 in the second half. In his first game in Las Vegas, veteran quarterback Geno Smith threw for 362 yards, a touchdown and an interception on 24-of-34 passing. He capped off the team's opening drive with a 26-yard touchdown pass to Tre Tucker.
Bowers is expected to play a major role in the passing attack for the Raiders after his impressive first season in which he set rookie records for receptions in a season and the most receiving yards by a tight end. Having him healthy could go a long way toward Las Vegas contending for a playoff spot this year.
It sounds like the Raiders expect Bowers to be on the field when they return to action in Week 2 on Monday Night Football against the Los Angeles Chargers.
